Set up automated call routing to match your opening hours and working days. Calls can be directed to your landline, mobile, an outsourced call centre or overseas.

Once your call routing plan is activated, you never have to remember to divert the phone when you leave the office at the end of the day – Time of Day routing will take care of it for you.

We can also activate Special Day routing where specific days are set as ‘Out of Hours’ such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter.
